Returns policy

Every piece of Boob Bling is custom made for each individual client. This means that it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you double check the details of your order when placing it. 

Changes to your order

We offer a 24 hour grace period for you to make changes to an order. Please email us with any amends within this timeframe.

Faulty or damaged items

Each piece goes through a thorough quality control check before being sent to a client. If you notice something wrong with your piece, we are happy to replace any faulty or damaged items within 30 days of a client receiving the piece. If you consider an item to be faulty please contact us via email with a picture of the piece. 

Handmade items

Our jewellery settings, rings and breastmilk pearls are all made by hand. Each is individually finished and polished by our Boob Bling jeweller. If you are unhappy with the finish of your piece please get in touch and we can determine if the piece requires additional time.
